As a customer, his attentiveness to my vehicle from checking in to the maintenance process to vehicle pickup makes me feel like I’m his only client. His quick & thorough response to inquiries keeps me at ease while my vehicle is in the shop and there after as he always reassures me he personally confirms the work being performed. The dealership’s Artificial Intelligence scheduled a safety recall service for my vehicle that, unbeknownst to me, had already been performed. So while I was there, I asked that a problem with my convertible top be investigated. They diagnosed and repaired the issue within a couple of hours. What could have been a blank trip turned out to be very productive. Thanks, BMW of Clear Lake!
This was my first time to visit this dealership but had previously leased vehicles from dealership personnel when they were with Advantage BMW -Midtown. My visit was very efficient as they had already identified a vehicle that I might be interested. The pricing was very fair, in line with my lease of three years ago. Will definitely go back to BmW -Clear Lake in the future.

Took my X5 in for routine service. The process of making the appointment was efficient and easy thru my BMW App. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment the check-in process was great. The service advisor (Rador) was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of the timeline of the service. When my vehicle was ready for pickup I received a detailed video of the service technician summarizing the service on my vehicle. Highly recommend Clearlake BMW Service.

Salesperson (Nita) was very knowledgeable. This is a low pressure dealership with no pressure to buy. I enjoyed looking at the cars and sales people were there if I needed any assistance. Yes I did buy a car....very satisified.

Drove in and someone assisted me to the waiting area. Drinks/snacks supplied. 15 minutes passed until I was approached by the service man. I waited three hours for an oil change along with filter and wiper changes all at no charge which made it worth it.

First of all - LUIS - my service provider is the best! He’s thorough and communicative and always makes me feel like a priority. I don’t know a lot about cars and he helps me understand (as much as possible) and seems to take a personal stake in the livelihood of my vehicle.
