Excellent environment and professional staff that adds confidence that my car will be repaired thoroughly.
The service I received was done with both efficiency, and concern. The efficiency I was most concerned with was how well the work was done. My drive home convinced me that the efficiency goal was met. My concern was whether or not my Service Advisor and the technicians who worked on my car would be considerate of my wait time. I was pleased to find that they were.

If you buy a car here, make sure it’s not from Matthew Hernandez. I was in contact with Matthew regarding a used X5 my wife and I were interested in at 9:14 am today. We exchanged a few texts and Matthew said to text him when we were on the way so he could have everything set. I filled out the online financing application at 11:30 am. Always get great customer service when I bring my car in. No issues with service and I got my car back the same day.
Very courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to chat with me about my vehicle and upcoming service appt.
The few times I have need to go to the dealership has been very stress free and easy. This last time, Lukas was so helpful with informing me about what my car needed and made the whole process seamless.
Was pleased with how quickly the repair was done. However, this was an insurance claim, and they overcharged for labor. Now I may have to make up the difference from what Progressive will pay.
Cant hear any of them but seems like service is good. Waiting area is ok. Prices seem high.

Had a great purchase experience. I can only recommend this dealership for their good customer service.
Very closely environment until my make was ran without my permission. Something’s were addressed but not taken care of. Scratches on the rim, color fading from air vent and minor scratches on vehicle. This is a 2024 vehicle which will have flaws. I do understand why this BMW vehicle was not certified.

Great dealership. Everyone involved in our experience was a positive experience. Anh Dang took us through the process of selecting our car with knowledge and ease. Nathaniel explained all the choices in finance and was helpful in choosing the packages. Sorry don’t remember her name but the representative that took me through the functions of the car made it easy to understand.

Yall double charged my card But the Advisor was very Good in handling my vehicle and he was very professional But I never had to get a rental before I was always able to secure a loaner vehicle due to my maintenance coverage I have had on My vehicle . But other then that Thank to the Advisor Lucas he was great

Needed a valve cover and gasket replaced on my 10 year old 640i convertible. Not cheap, but Rader Evans was great. I wanted factory-trained technicians for this job. Transparency. Spotless shop. Finished in under 4 hours as promised.

Got my car home today and found my engine cowl in my trunk after being told car was ready to go and we picked it up and now I will be out of town for a week and cannot bring it back right away normally very happy with service today not so much after $800.00 bill

The service department israted #1 as far as I’m concerned. I make an appointment & they can deliver me home or to work. They get the review of maintenance & what is optional or necessary next for me to review. This time there was a warranty I did not know about that saved me over $600 on the thermometer! Yes, I am happy! Nice people that take care of me & my car!
