Provide exceptional service for my car. I had a recall on a part that wasn’t in stock, so they picked it up from who had it in inventory to complete the work. .

Anh was excellent in helping me lease my 2026 BMW 330I. It was very hot outside & he brought each car i test drove up to the door.
Handled most of the negotiations via Email & Text which helped to keep the dealership time to a minimum. Response time.was reasonable. Worked with me on both the trade and new car pricing.... Car was ready for pick when I arrived. Chris in Tech walked me through the basics, Signed the paperwork with Josh and was out in less than an hour.
I love bringing my car to the Clear Lake Bmw dealership David Tyson has been helping me for quite a long time though and my service is always first class. Because of this, I am thinking of buying another BMW and that’s because I have a good Service Advisor thank you, David Tyson Bmw.

Took 2016 740i in for a/c warranty work. My service advisor (William Russell) worked diligently with warranty service to ensure repairs were covered and subsequently paid. Warranty company initially denied claim suggesting they couldn’t determine “point of failure”. William Russell submitted all necessary proof that was finally accepted. William was professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. (3weeks).. Great follow up and resolution. 5 STARS for sure..

David is always very helpful, knowledgable and gets the job done despite 1997 BMW parts shortages.
Rader Evans always provides top level customer service. As a customer, his attentiveness to my vehicle from checking in to the maintenance process to vehicle pickup makes me feel like I’m his only client. His quick & thorough response to inquiries keeps me at ease while my vehicle is in the shop and there after as he always reassures me he personally confirms the work being performed. Personally speaking, Rader is the main reason I have the confidence to continue to bring my vehicle to Clearlake. His professionalism, work ethic, & vehicle knowledge is superior.

The dealership’s Artificial Intelligence scheduled a safety recall service for my vehicle that, unbeknownst to me, had already been performed. So while I was there, I asked that a problem with my convertible top be investigated. They diagnosed and repaired the issue within a couple of hours. What could have been a blank trip turned out to be very productive. Thanks, BMW of Clear Lake!
This was my first time to visit this dealership but had previously leased vehicles from dealership personnel when they were with Advantage BMW -Midtown. My visit was very efficient as they had already identified a vehicle that I might be interested. The pricing was very fair, in line with my lease of three years ago. Will definitely go back to BmW -Clear Lake in the future.

Took my X5 in for routine service. The process of making the appointment was efficient and easy thru my BMW App. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment the check-in process was great. The service advisor (Rador) was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of the timeline of the service. When my vehicle was ready for pickup I received a detailed video of the service technician summarizing the service on my vehicle. Highly recommend Clearlake BMW Service.

Salesperson (Nita) was very knowledgeable. This is a low pressure dealership with no pressure to buy. I enjoyed looking at the cars and sales people were there if I needed any assistance. Yes I did buy a car....very satisified.

Drove in and someone assisted me to the waiting area. Drinks/snacks supplied. 15 minutes passed until I was approached by the service man. I waited three hours for an oil change along with filter and wiper changes all at no charge which made it worth it.
Prompt check in. Detailed explanation of services due. Jessica was very professional and pleasant to work with and very helpful after service was completed.
