Excellent service, with a team of staff who are not only very knowledgeable about the brand and its vehicles, but also incredibly friendly and professional in their interactions with customers. Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Bulent go above and beyond to ensure that customers have a positive and satisfying experience, making the process of buying a BMW a smooth and enjoyable one. Their expertise and courteous attitude create an environment where customers feel valued and well taken care of.

Great dealership we had an awesome salesman Trong. The service team is awesome Joey was great. The BMW X3 I got drives beautifully any issues with the car I can reach out to any of these guys including the BMW genius they’re happy to help with any questions. However, they can use help with their roadside assistance team.

It is easy to get an appointment. Today I had a service provider that I have used several times before. Quick turn around on my car and extremely courtesy folks on all levels. I liked that I was able to pay for my service prior to picking up my car so all I had to do was go in and get my car.

The service provider was great. Super fast customer service and the issue to your car problems are fast to notify what the problem is and the best thing you don’t have to wait in line because they will send you a link to your phone on the status on your car.

Great advise and customer service! Was not sure about which tires to get, but very satisfied.

You call and get an appointment the next day. They give you an estimate and job description for any repairs by email. You approve the work and costs, and they call you the next day to come get your car. All fixed, no hassles, great job and no complaints. Ask for Joey Lane. He’ll take care of your car.

Great experience! BMW-Mini Clear Lake in Webster, Texas offers the best car service and maintenance in the town. My service advisor Joseph Lane is professional and honest. He always takes the time to explain what is involved and the cost. He let me know if maintenance work I am requesting can wait or is unnecessary. Service Director Fidel Garza is super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He kindly helped me to solve an issue about the Ultimate Care Agreement. Everyone here is very friendly. Also, there is a quiet and clean waiting area. Love this place!

Chris, my service advisor, listened to the symptoms my car was showing and he was able to determine the problem before the car even got to the mechanic! He explained the repair process and got me home via Alto. The car was repaired as predicted and Alto got me back to retrieve my car. All is well with the car and I am pleased with how they respected my time and safety.

Love the communication and professionalism of the service department. They knew the exact problem and fixed it asap.

Courteous, prompt, customer relations excellence. The service technician Heather was a pleasure to work with and very helpful to me so that I constantly knew the status of my vehicle and was given accurate guesstimations as to when I would receive it back. The people who worked at this dealer have always treated me in a cordial and professional manner. When my car needs service or maintenance, they always explain to me clearly what my car needs, and what my best options are. When we took the car in for an oil change; a broken motor mount was discovered. This is because our service advisor Chip, is very thorough with the cars. He is very knowledgeable of BMW and always takes the time to explain any questions you may have.

In a world of almost no service it is such a pleasure to leave my car here in the hands of Chip Chapee. The whole dealership is first class. I have been using them 12 years . No car is perfect but a BMW is pretty close if you take care of them and have serviced on a timely basis at a BMW dealership.
