The BMW X2 is a crossover that seats 5. The front seats are supportive, featuring power adjustable functions and plush cushions. The X2 comes standard-equipped with synthetic leather coverings. Matthew working there was most supportive and I am most grateful to him as in the past. I confirmed the service recommendation and it was done, but the real problem was never solved and I lost $799 for nothing. The problem is as it is.
The service person I deal with there is very rude and impersonal. I have considered buying a new car somewhere else so we don’t have to deal with the service department there.
